In recent months, the plight of refugees and victims of human trafficking has caught public attention in Canada. We pray as Bob Pierce (founder of World Vision) prayed: "Let my heart be broken by the things that break the heart of God.”
Even before those tragic events hit the news headline, the Lord had laid a burden in our hearts as core team members to learn more about anti-human-trafficking and refugee ministries. To that end, we have had the privilege of joining two separate prayer walks ourselves.
As a result, we feel moved to organize the following prayer walks for you so that we can learn and grow in these areas together:
1. Prayer Walk through the red light districts led by Fight For Freedom (https://www.fight4freedom.ca/)
Option A: Wednesday October 11 - from 1:00 to 5:30 pm
Option B: Wednesday October 25 - from 1:00 to 5:30 pm
Please sign up using the following link if you are interested to join one of the above prayer walks: https://forms.gle/XgvLoytDoHkPBgK57
2. Prayer Walk in Fort Erie with International Association For Refugees (https://www.iafr.ca/events.html)
Friday, September 29 - all day

We look forward to seeing many of you at these prayer walks, and pray that the Lord will personally touch your heart as He did ours.
God bless.

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.
